This coming Tuesday, in Celista, we’re going to hand off a beautiful new 2,300 square foot rancher to its new owners, just in time for them to enjoy some of the nicest weather of the summer.
We had anticipated completing this home by mid-June, but we had delays getting the custom flooring delivered on time. We had options to choose something different, but in the end, waiting for the originally-specified flooring was worth the wait.
Above are a few photos of the finished home. The 14-foot vault in the huge great room, with its stunning decorative wood beams, is one of many highlights.
Our clients are moving up from the Lower Mainland. This home is their retirement present to themselves, and they’re extremely pleased how their Shuswap dream home came together. They can’t wait to enjoy and spend time together in it with their family.
