This week, we’re revisiting an extraordinary, recently-completed custom home in Magna Bay to showcase some of the stunning landscaping and hardscaping that we’ve helped to coordinate over the last couple of months.
When we handed off this 3,500 square foot West Coast home to its new owners just before Christmas, much of the landscaping had yet to be completed, largely due to the season. In recent months, Copper Island Fine Homes Project Manager Doug Mann has been coordinating some of this work, liaising with the hardscape contractor and the project’s geotechnical engineer to ensure all work is completed with slope stability well-managed.
The driveway won’t be completed until fall, but as you can see from the photos above, much of the hardscaping has been completed. Suffice it to say that it’s as beautiful as the house itself.
We’re extremely proud of this home, and have enjoyed working with the exceptional clients for several years — we first completed a shop/carriage home on the property, and then continued with the main house as shown in the photos above. Once again, our sincere thanks to our clients for allowing us to build their Shuswap dream.
