Out in Eagle Bay, we’re bringing a whole home renovation to completion in the next couple of weeks.
The reno included a small addition to expand the kitchen area, raising and enlarging the roof, and the addition of many architectural features, such as the large extended gable and roofline at the front.
One of the final orders of business was finding a way to close off the deck space underneath so that it could be used for a large storage area while enhancing the visual appeal. With the sloping ground and large deck, our clients opted to finish the underdeck completely with MAC architectural metal by IXL, which you can see front and rear in the photos above.
Taking advantage of this unique, beautiful and highly durable product means our clients will never have to worry about fading or repainting.
A final coat of acrylic stucco will be going on soon, and inside, we’re hard at work completing the finishing details. More photos of this extremely satisfying project will be posted when it’s all wrapped up.
