Over on the North Shore in Celista, our staff captured this beautiful photo of one of our newest projects — a fire rebuild on the lakeshore.
Only hours earlier, our excavating crew from Spooner Industrial were still hard at work, finishing the prepping on this site. But late in the day, after all the equipment was shut off, it was a scene of peace and tranquility. Little wonder our clients have been so eager to get their rebuild underway, after losing the original home in the wildfires of 2023.
The new 2,500 square foot home will be built on the original footprint. In the weeks ahead, we’ll start forming for a new foundation and getting our framing underway, with the goal of completion sometime later in the fall of this year.
Meanwhile, it’s hard to imagine a more beautiful location for our framing crews and subsequent trades to be working! Watch for more updates on this beautiful new home.
